Imagine being a hyena, kind of like our ancestors before we created weapons, you could literally NEVER relax, knowing that at any moment you could come across a lion. What a stressful existence these animals have
The alpha lion ran everybody away from the dinner table! The young Cubs were like, “Aw, heck… time to go!” Apparently, “strength in numbers” means nothing to them when it comes to the alpha lion. Talk about respect!
The hyena cubs didn’t go into the Lions’ “territory”. The lions went close to the hyenas den and ambushed the cubs. Hyenas will harass and sometimes kill lionesses. But will rarely take on a full grown male lion in his prime. He is King of the predators and hyenas can count themselves lucky if they escape an attack by the male lion.
To think our ancestors walked the land with these animals , and animals even more deadly and terrifying than them . We wouldn’t last a week
Normally Lions wouldn’t eat Hyenas but this time you could tell from their bones that these kings ain’t go no choice but to eat lunch to survive.
